General Enquiries

Withdrawals:
Any withdrawals before or after the closing dates of 4 August should be made via the County Office on 0117 962 6723 or by email to avon@lta.org.uk

Any other queries:
Up to Friday 22 August contact the County Office on 0117 962 6723
From Saturday 23 August and during the tournament, please contact the referee,
Stuart Seaman on the tournament phone 07708 576 437.

Playing Times queries
If you are unable to retrieve the information from this website please call
the Avon LTA office, contact details above. Once the tournament has started
please call after 8pm as the details will not normally be ready until then.

 Have you got Acrobat Reader installed on your PC? To find out click on Start then Programs (or All Programs in Windows XP) and look for a listing saying Adobe Acrobat.

 If you have not got Acrobat Reader installed click here to download it. It's a free 8.6Mb download which will take around 25 minutes on a 56K modem or 3 minutes if you've got broadband. If you're not sure how to download and install programs please contact your Internet service provider.

 "I've done all this but still can't open the files!"
OK. If you're using a phone line connection to the Internet, the files may take a minute or two to download so please be patient. If you're using a broadband connection the files should download in a few seconds.
If you're still having problems please contact your Internet service provider and tell them which website you're on and that you're having trouble downloading Acrobat files.
